jqxzv™ is owned and operated by Xiamen Jinzun E-Commerce Co., Ltd. These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through jqxzv.com.
By submitting an order, you acknowledge that your purchase is subject to these Terms together with the other policies made available on the website.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, materials, design details, included components, availability, and pricing accurately.
Product appearance or color may differ slightly because of lighting, display settings, photography, materials, production batches, or normal manufacturing variation.
3. Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order does not prevent reasonable verification of payment, inventory, delivery information, fraud risk, or legal restrictions.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, material pricing or information errors, unauthorized resale activity, or applicable legal restrictions.
If an order is canceled after payment has been successfully collected, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Prices, Taxes & Payment
Product prices, applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the final order total are displayed before payment is submitted.
By supplying payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information supplied is accurate.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
For supported United States deliveries, carrier transit is generally estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must contact Customer Care before returning merchandise to obtain authorization, instructions, and the correct return warehouse address.
Cancellation or order-change requests should be submitted as soon as possible and preferably within 12 hours after purchase. Requests cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment preparation begins.
7. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers may include eligibility requirements, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, expiration dates, limits, or other conditions communicated with the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions may not be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to completed purchases.
8. Personal Use & Prohibited Activity

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jqxzv™ and Xiamen Jinzun E-Commerce Co., Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages where such liability may lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Unless otherwise required by law, the version in effect when an order is placed generally governs that transaction.
